Privacy Policy pursuant to the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL (General Data Protection Regulation), regarding the processing of personal data and consent to use

Furthermore, should it be considered appropriate, in relation to the processing of its data carried out by LIOLÁ, the Data Subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the personal data protection Authority”.

3. WHICH INFORMATION COLLECTS LIOLÁ?

When the User places an order for products or requests to use a promotion via QR code in cosmetic products, LIOLÁ can collect information such as name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, address, post code and Country. If the User accepts the Service using the credentials of a third-party Application (such as Facebook, Istangram, etc.), he or she authorizes us to collect their authentication information, such as the username.

LIOLÁ may also collect other information via the user account in the Third Party Application, including for example name, Country, city, e-mail address, date of birth, gender.

4. HOW WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

4.1 Collection, processing or use of your personal data

We collect, store and process your data for the complete execution of your purchase, including subsequent warranty procedures, for our services, administration, as well as to prevent crimes and frauds. Your personal data is transmitted to third parties only as far as this is allowed by law, including the purposes of contact execution or billing. As part of the finalization of the order, for example, the service providers we charge (for example: courier, logistic company, banks) receive the data necessary to carry out the order and the assignment.

The service providers we charge can use the data transmitted only and solely for the purpose of fulfilling their task. Your personal data will be used for the purposes mentioned above up to 2 years from the date of the last order received.

Your data may also be used for marketing purposes, but only if you have previously consented (for more information, see point 4.2 below).

4.2 Use of your data for advertising purposes also through profiling

In addition to the finalization of your purchases at LIOLÁ, we also use your data for the following purposes: to continuously improve your shopping experience, making it tailored and exclusive; to be able to communicate with you also in relation to the creation of new products or marketing offers and to recommend products or services that may be of interest to them (also proposed by LIOLÁ partner companies).
For this purpose we also use existing information such as historical data of your orders, preferences and tastes, through automated processing of the activities carried out by you on the Website.
Your data will be processed for these purposes only if you have given explicit consent. You may also object to the use of your personal data for advertising purposes at any time, either in full or for individual measures, without incurring charges and costs, as indicated in the following points (4.2.1, 4.2.2 and 4.2 .3.)

4.2.1 Newsletter

For the delivery of the newsletter we use the email address provided and if you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you can object at any time by using the appropriate link contained in each newsletter to cancel it.

4.2.2 Product recommendations or offers by email or other electronic means

If you have purchased LIOLÁ products, you will regularly receive product proposals from us via electronic and postal means.

You will receive these product proposals even if you have not subscribed to the newsletter.

In this way we want to send you information about products in our range which, based on your last purchases, could be interesting for you.

If you no longer wish to receive product proposals or, in general, advertising communications, you may object at any time by notifying the contact details.

Of course, each e-mail also contains a link to cancel.

4.2.3 Market research and opinion

We can also use your data for statistical, market research and opinion purposes.

Your answers in surveys will remain anonymous and will not be passed on to third parties. You can oppose at any time in full or by individual measures the use of your personal data for market research and opinion purposes without incurring charges and costs.

A communication in text form is sufficient.

Of course, every email related to the market survey or opinion also contains a link to cancel.

5. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY STATEMENT

In the event of changes to the above, LIOLÁ will inform users as appropriate based on the circumstances, for example by displaying important announcements within the site or by sending a specific e-mail.

7. GOOGLE ANALYTICS

Our website uses Google (Universal) Analytics, a web analytics service offered by Google Inc. (www.google.de). Google (Universal) Analytics uses methods that allow an analysis of the use of the website by you, such as so-called cookies, text files that are stored on your computer.

The information created on the use of the website is normally transferred to a Google server located in the USA and stored there. In the case of activation of IP anonymization on this website in the EU member states and in the other signatory states of the European Economic Area convention your IP address is shortened before its transmission.

Only in exceptional cases the complete IP address is transmitted to a Google server in the USA. The anonymized IP address transmitted by your browser to Google Analytics is not combined with other Google data.
